Actually it may be more complicated than that... The countdown needs to be to 4pm EST but that may NOT be the timezone the server hosting the site is  Either way it should countdown 2 days 5 hours 11 minutes from now (give or take).  |

Damn it I finish work at 11pm! I'd leave early but I just took a 3 day holiday (which I may have told my boss was 2 days....) to go and see my gilfriend. Ill have a look at thewidgetshow.com when I get back but you'll probably be done by then. I do have a question for "viewer" mail ill send it to the address on the site

I guess it's a bit late to fix but it does mean the count down will end either before or after we start the show unless you're in EST |

It clearly says '4PM' on the site in Eastern time....if you're relying on the countdown to figure out when to be there rather than figuring out what 4pm Eastern is in your time zone, then you won't see it.

I have no words for how ridiculous this thread has gotten.
I took the mother fucking countdown off the site. There. Now maybe you guys will be able to get back to your lives, rather than obsessing over a bit of JS on a website I cobbled together in 10 minutes.
4 PM Eastern. 3 PM Central. 9 PM for you UK types.
I can't believe you guys went on for 2 pages about this... I'm sorry that the countdown wasn't exact. I put it up there to help build some goddamn hype about this, not to become the new standard for chronological measurement in your lives.
Can we please talk about the content of the LIVE SHOW WE HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY?
